This conference centers around legislative appointments where members meet with key lawmakers in North Carolina to educate them on issues that affect the long-term care profession, including: 

• Medicare and Medicaid funding
• Certificate of Need
• Healthcare workforce issues
• Medical malpractice reforms

What to Expect: 

June 14: NCHCFA prepares members with key talking points and marketing collateral to support our positions. Attire: Business Casual   

June 15: Breakfast together, Legislative appointments (you will be escorted by NCHCFA staff to your appointments), group lunch, and debriefing. Attire: Business Dress
