Provider Relief Fund Late Reports Allowed Under Extenuating Circumstances

The Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) is providing a brief window for providers to make a late filing request for their spending under the first Provider Relief Fund (PRF).  

HRSA will not require non-compliant providers to return funds until after the Request to Report Late Due to Extenuating Circumstances process for RP1 has closed. Providers who submit a request will be notified by HRSA if their request is approved or denied.  

The Request to Report Late Due to Extenuating Circumstances for Period 1 will run from Monday, April 11, 2022, to Friday, April 22, 2022.
