Meet with Your MAC

Palmetto GBA has introduced a program that offers weekly individualized Q&A sessions to assist Jurisdiction J and Jurisdiction M providers with their Medicare-related questions. A panel of claims research analysts, provider relations representatives and/or education consultants will be on hand to answer questions involving claims, finance, appeals and more.

• Each virtual session is limited to not more than 30 minutes or three (3) questions
• Providers may register for one session
• Providers can expect a “one-on-one” format with the Provider Outreach and Education panel; this is not a multi-provider education event
