Nursing Facility Process for Medicaid Direct and Managed Care Providers

Numerous nursing facilities have experienced non-payment issues with the Medicaid managed care PHPs. In response to this issue, NC Medicaid has redesigned the forms and workflow used in the admission process for Medicaid managed care beneficiaries.
