NCHCFA Members Attend AHCA’s Congressional Briefing

NCHCFA Chair Ted Goins led a delegation of NCHCFA members to Washington, D.C. to meet with Senators Burr, Tillis, and members of North Carolina’s Congressional Delegation.  Among the items discussed were the need to avoid or phase-in the CMS proposed Medicare PDPM parity adjustment and the need to pass HR 7744 (click here), which would extend the Temporary Nurse Aide program for the remainder of the public health emergency and several years beyond.
