Effective Date Extended for Certain Hurricane Helene Related Flexibilities

A new Medicaid Bulletin has been posted and extends certain Hurricane Helene related flexibilities.  

This bulletin also updates the end date of certain flexibilities. Please note, “The flexibilities in this bulletin are retroactively effective from September 26, 2024, through February 28, 2025 (unless otherwise communicated by DHHS).”
