NCDHHS Offers MDS Training This Fall

This fall, NCDHHS’s NC Division of Health Service Regulation, Nursing Home Licensure and Certification Section, is offering five 90-minute training sessions in September and October for the October 2024 Minimum Data Set (MDS) coding updates.  

Along with the MDS updates, training sessions will also include information about the CMS Schizophrenia Audits, Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR), Most Frequent MDS and Care Plan citations and their related regulations, helpful iQIES Reports, and Resources available for anyone completing the MDS assessment.
