Join us virtually November 17th at 9:00 am to hear from Michael Cheek, Senior Vice President for Reimbursement Policy and Legal Affairs at AHCA.  His session, “View from Washington – Industry Outlook”, will provide updates from Washington and provide insight on what’s on the horizon for our industry.

About the Speaker:

Michael Cheek is the Senior Vice President for Reimbursement Policy and Legal Affairs at AHCA/NCAL. Before joining AHCA/NCAL, Cheek was the Long Term Care Director for the District of Columbia Medicaid Agency in the Fenty administration. Cheek has also worked as a consultant at The Lewin Group and Avalere Health with clients including health plans, post-acute and long term care organizations, pharmaceutical companies, and state agencies. He was the Deputy Director with the Association of State Aging Agencies and was the lead staff person on eligibility and long term care with the National Association of Medicaid Directors. Cheek holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of William and Mary.
