SPECIAL MOMENTS VIDEO

Thank you for the sacrifices you make every day, and especially during the pandemic. We know the past 15 months have been a challenging time for everyone: staff, residents and their loved ones. Our staff have seen the countless positive stories and creative special moments on social media and other outlets from our members that have been remarkably uplifting! We would like to capture these encouraging moments in a video so that our entire membership can enjoy them and debut the video at the 2022 NCHCFA Annual Convention & Expo.

We hope you will share your videos and/or photos, messages, etc. with us (ensure the privacy of residents and patients by acquiring the approval of patients and residents to use their images via authorization forms before sharing).
