CMS releases updated LTCSP Procedure Guide

The U.S. Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) updated its Long Term Care Survey Process (LTCSP) Procedure Guide on February 18. This is the process guide surveyors use in the field when completing re-certifications.
