CONVENTION HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK

Don’t miss Communication & Marketing in a Post-COVID Environment on Tuesday, February 23, 2021! The COVID-19 pandemic has taught us many valuable lessons, including the importance of effective communications. With a vaccine now available, many facilities are examining how they can improve their processes to better prepare for future challenges. That should include communications and marketing.

Join Robert Brown, a North Carolina-based communications consultant with 25+ years of experience, to learn how an enhanced communications and marketing program can help long term care providers develop stronger relationships with family members, prospective residents, and the community at large.

Robert Brown is a communications professional with more than 25 years of experience helping clients achieve their business goals through better communications. He specializes in issues management, media relations and crisis communications. Robert works closely with businesses and non-profit organizations in North Carolina and across the nation to overcome communications challenges, build awareness, and create stronger brands.
