Rates Paid by Medicaid Managed Care PHPs

NCHCFA has heard from several providers that the Medicaid managed care Pre-Paid Health Plans (PHPs) are not paying proper rates.  The PHPs should be paying the same rates that Medicaid Direct is paying, including all appropriate COVID rate add-ons.
