NCHCFA SUBMITS COMMENT LETTER ON MEDICAID FISCAL ACCOUNTABILITY PROPOSED RULE

On Nov. 18, 2019, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) published a proposed rule entitled Medicaid Fiscal Accountability Proposed Rule that would significantly impact the nation’s Medicaid program.
