New website for NA Registry

Beginning on the evening of December 15, 2021, there will be a new website for the Registry Office and to verify registry listings for unlicensed healthcare workers (e.g., Nurse Aide I Registry).  This change also impacts the Health Care Personnel Registry.   

Providers should contact the Registry Office at 919-855-3969 or email DHSR.Registry@dhhs.nc.gov with any questions or concerns.
