Gogal Graduates from NC Chamber Foundation’s TPM Academy
Mark Gogal, NCHCFA’s Vice President of Workforce Development, graduated from the NC Chamber Foundation’s Career Readiness Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) Academy® on Thursday.
The TPM Academy launched this fall with 40 community college professionals and strategic partners being trained through this effort. Participants convened last week for collaborative working sessions, to hear from TPM practitioners in the state, and determine next steps to continue North Carolina’s impact and expansion of talent pipelines. The program concluded with a reception for all former TPM graduates in the state.
The NC Chamber Foundation, in partnership with the NC Community College System, was selected to host the TPM Academy following a competitive national RFP process. It was also made possible by funding from the Lumina Foundation. The academy aims to improve employment outcomes for adult students of color and other opportunity populations.
