NCLIFTSS is hosting a free Front Porch Chat: Personal Care Services (PCS) on August 15 at 11:30 a.m.   

Acentra Health will discuss mediation and appeal rights, reconsiderations, and tailored plan contact information. Beneficiaries can attend and get information related to their services and have an opportunity to ask questions. Be sure to share this with the beneficiary and/or their caregiver to register.
