Opportunity to Reward Your Staff for Participating in Annual Employee Satisfaction/Engagement Survey

On July 15th, NRC Health sent out the NC CareGivers Second Annual Employee Satisfaction/Engagement Survey to the eighty-seven facilities participating in the survey. Please remind staff that the survey is confidential. It is crucial to everyone’s success that NRC Health have an excellent response rate from your employees.  

The five Skilled Nursing Facilities that have the highest percentage of employees completing and returning their confidential surveys by August 12th will receive a prize. The grand prize is an annual membership in Fully Staffed an on-demand subscription program that is being donated by Denise Boudreau for the administrator and an all-staff pizza party.     

Denise notes, “Fully Staffed is your one-stop shop for recruitment and retention strategies that really work!” This program consists of a recruitment course, a retention playbook, newly recorded content each month, a live one-hour call each month, etc.   

First prize is an all-staff pizza party. Second, third and fourth prize is an all-staff ice cream party.  

Please follow up with staff at least weekly to remind them to complete their confidential survey and return it by August 12th. Announce and post information about the five prizes that will be awarded to the facilities with the highest percentage of completed and returned surveys.

We would also like to express our appreciation to FutureCare NC for providing a $500 pizza party to the grand prize and first place facilities and $250 ice cream parties to the facilities that receive second, third, and fourth place.
