Governor Cooper Extends Executive Order Through 7/15/22

Governor Cooper has issued an Executive Order extending 1) the regulatory flexibilities that, among other things, allow the temporary nurse aide program; and 2) the protections under NC law against price gouging.  The new end date for these flexibilities and protections under NC law is July 15, 2022.  A copy of the Executive Order can be found here:  https://governor.nc.gov/media/3160/open.  Please contact us with any questions.
