NC CLASP Offers Free Learning Opportunities

SPICE

North Carolina Clinical Antibiotic Stewardship Partners (NC CLASP), a NC Statewide Program for Infection Control and Epidemiology (SPICE) project, invites you to join their multidisciplinary learning community.

Participants will learn more about the CDC’s Core Elements of Nursing Home Antibiotic Stewardship and NC CLASP’s signature Hot Topics sessions, which are short, expert lectures with live Q&A that tackle perennially thorny issues around antibiotic use in long-term care facilities. The sessions are free and targeted toward those working in NC nursing homes.

Funded by the NC Department of Health and Human Services and overseen by SPICE, NC CLASP partners with healthcare facilities across the continuum of care to provide a judgment-free forum to grow their understanding of the CDC Core Elements of Antibiotic Stewardship and why antibiotic stewardship is essential to quality care.
