New Toolkit Launch: Strengthening NC’s Healthcare Workforce Pipeline   

The NC Health Talent Alliance has released a practical new toolkit to help health care employers and educators build stronger, more consistent connections with students.  

Developed by the NC Chamber Foundation and the NC Center on the Workforce for Health, the Student-Employer Engagement Toolkit outlines simple, structured ways for employers to engage students earlier and more effectively. This toolkit can help with improving job placement, reducing licensure delays, and boosting local retention. The toolkit includes implementation guides and a readiness checklist to help partners take action quickly.
