NCHCFA Files Amicus Brief

NCHCFA has filed a brief in the NC Supreme Court defending the laws passed by the NC General Assembly in 2020. This is intended to protect health care providers from uncertainty and inappropriate litigation while they continued to provided needed health care in the face of the COVID pandemic.
