NCHCFA Fall Symposium Offers Three Educational Sessions by NCHCFA Staff

Back by popular demand, do not miss these sessions by NCHCFA staff members during NCHCFA Annual Fall Symposium on September 9 – 11 at Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC.    

On Monday, September 9, Bekka Cheek, Director of Regulatory and Clinical Services, will provide a NCHCFA Regulatory Update. Join this regulatory and survey review to discuss the top citations and Immediate Jeopardy citations this year in NC. This session will also include discussion of survey resources and helpful tools to use in preparing for surveys and how to avoid common citations.   

Also on Monday Mark Gogal, Vice President of Workforce Development, will present Start with Humility: Lessons from America’s Quiet CEOs on How to Build Trust and Inspire Followers. You too can become a humble—but successful—leader. This reveals the common traits among some of the top leaders in the world who Lead through Humility. Learning what true humility is and how you can use it can be transformational for yourself and your organization.   

Sam Clark, Vice President of Finance, will provide NCHCFA Reimbursement and Managed Care Updates on Wednesday to conclude Fall Symposium. In this valuable session, he will provide updates and other important information on Medicaid, Medicare, Fair Rental Value, managed care, population projections, and other topics.
