Baker Donelson attorneys Jennifer Curry and Ken Burgess will explain who is a covered employee for purposes of the CMS vaccine mandate, the CMS compliance requirements, the types of policies providers must have in place, appropriate supporting documentation to demonstrate compliance and how to handle vaccine exemption requests from employees.
