The Building Culture Leaders CMP grant was launched in August. This three-year $380,000 project (FutureCare) is focused on enhancing leadership and team development skills and the organizational culture of 40 member facilities. Mark Gogal, Vice President of Workforce Development, has begun traveling to facilities across the state to conduct in-person workshops.
