Workforce Tools in Action Across North Carolina  

The NC Chamber Foundation is field-testing a set of employer-informed tools developed through the work of the NC Health Talent Alliance and Talent Pipeline Management®.  

Tools include forecasting models, a refresher activation toolkit for nurses, an employer-student engagement playbook, and alignment guides linking education programs to workforce needs. Early pilots are underway across the state, with results expected to inform future policy and investment. TPM efforts are also expanding into manufacturing and agriculture.
