Recently, the Division of Medical Assistance announced a series of trainings for providers in the Medicaid Personal Care Services (PCS) program. These trainings will cover the most up-to-date information available concerning the changes being made to the PCS program. Applicants who submit the Intent to Apply will pay $200 less at each award level. In addition, Quality Award staff will provide regular communications with deadline reminders and applicant resources to applicants who submit the Intent to Apply. The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award is a great way to showcase your facility’s commitment to continuous quality improvement. The Quality Award program is based on the criteria of the Baldrige Performance Excellence program, the nation’s premier performance excellence and education program. The Quality Award program encourages the application of systematic approaches to produce consistent results.
