ANNUAL NURSING FACILITY LICENSURE APPLICATION

On page 9 of the annual license application, there is a question regarding Medicare RUGs and rates.  With the transition to PDPM, this section has caused some confusion.  According to DHSR, nothing is required for this section and they will be changing the form in the future.
