Be Recognized As a Leader By Your Peers – Apply for the Class of 2024 NCHCFA Institute for LTC Leaders (Deadline 11/25)

Program Goal: 

Develop leaders within the Association and North Carolina’s long term care profession. The program is patterned after the American Health Care Association’s Future Leaders.  

 Timeline: 

• Applications accepted through 11/25/22 
• Accepted candidates notified by 12/31/22 
• Program begins January 2023 
• Program concludes December 2023 

Curriculum: 

• Leadership theory and practical applications 
• Interactive two-day symposium 
• Goal Planning 
• NCHCFA orientation 

Participants receive: 

• Supplemental reading materials 
• Access to NCHCFA Board of Directors members and staff for support 
• Class graduation event at the 2024 Annual Convention and Expo 
• Opportunity to present to NCHCFA membership
