Be Recognized as a Leader by your Peers: Apply for the Class of 2024 NCHCFA Institute for LTC Leaders (Deadline: November 25)

Program Goal: 

Develop leaders within the Association and North Carolina’s long-term care profession. The program is patterned after the American Health Care Association’s Future Leaders.   

Timeline: 

• Applications accepted through Friday, November 25 
• Accepted candidates notified by December 31 
• The program runs January 1 – December 31, 2023  

Curriculum: 

• Leadership theory and practical applications 
• Interactive two-day symposium 
• Goal planning 
• NCHCFA orientation 

Participants receive: 

• Supplemental reading materials 
• Access to NCHCFA Board of Directors members and staff for support 
• Class graduation event at the 2024 Annual Convention and Expo 
• Opportunity to present to NCHCFA membership
