NC Health Talent Alliance Convenings

The NC Chamber Foundation continues to make progress on its work to tackle the state’s health care workforce shortage. The regional AHECs and partners led NC Health Talent Alliance employer collaborative meetings recently in three of the five AHEC pilot regions: Piedmont, South East, and South Piedmont.   

NCHCFA is a partner of the NC Chamber. The NC Chamber Foundation said they are excited about the momentum in each of these regions and are pleased to be ahead of schedule on expanding the partnership statewide. Additionally, they are currently working with employers and educators to collect the robust supply and demand data needed to inform and develop targeted solutions.
