Healthy Blue NC is one of the Medicaid managed care pre-paid health plans.  Recently, Healthy Blue NC held a conference for nursing facilities in their network.  One of the providers who attended this conference felt that the information presented to the providers during the session would also be beneficial to those who had not been able to attend.
