NC Chamber Sends Joint Coalition Letter to NCDOL

On February 28, NCHCFA was one of the 20 aligned organizations on a NC Chamber-led joint letter to the NC Department of Labor regarding two rulemaking petitions related to infectious diseases.   

The NC Chamber and other stakeholders urged the department not to move forward to rulemaking. The mandates lack flexibility, failing to consider the unique nature of operations for different businesses, and they enforce past requirements that were ultimately deemed unsuccessful in preventing the spread of airborne diseases.
