This regulation provided significant changes to the ERC methodology including allowing eligible employers with a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loans to also claim the ERC. The webinar will also address the interplay of ERC with other COVID relief efforts including NC Medicaid COVID Reimbursement and CARES Act Provider Relief Funds.
