Due Friday, January 7th @ Noon – NCHCFA Member Survey on the Workforce Crisis and Impact of COVID-19 on Long Term Care Facilities

North Carolina’s long term care facilities have been in the epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic, which exacerbated an already serious workforce shortage. The North Carolina Health Care Facilities Association is conducting this short survey to better illustrate how these serious workforce shortages are challenging the ability of long-term care facilities to meet the needs of residents.
