PART A ASK THE CONTRACTOR TELECONFERENCE (ACT) FEBRUARY 13TH

Palmetto GBA will host the Part A Ask the Contractor Teleconference (ACT) on Thursday, February 13, 2020, at 11:00 AM ET. The ACT call is designed to open the communication channels between Palmetto GBA and the Part A provider community.

Join Palmetto as they provide information concerning the special topic of Comprehensive Error Rate Testing (CERT). The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) established the CERT program to monitor and report the accuracy of Medicare fee-for-service (FFS) payments. The CERT program measures the error rate for claims submitted to Medicare contractors. Palmetto GBA uses CERT reports to identify areas of focus for our Provider Outreach and Education efforts. One of the major outcomes of these CERT reports is the paid claims error rate (percentage of dollars paid incorrectly).
