NCHCFA proudly presents MDS and Beyond – Managing Reimbursement and Quality Metrics scheduled in two different locations: March 17th in Raleigh, NC and March 19th in Asheville, NC. This seminar takes the attendee into the critical areas that are impacted by the completed MDS: The PDPM Reimbursement System; the current North Carolina Medicaid Case Mix Reimbursement System; the Quality Measures and Quality Reporting System (QRP). An overview of each system will be explored, with tools and strategies attendees can use in their operations to improve reimbursement and quality metrics.

Our speaker, Robin L. Hillier is back by popular demand! Robin is a healthcare executive dedicated to post-acute and long term care. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a State Tested Nursing Assistant, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, and is Resident Assessment Coordinator Certified and a Master Teacher through the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination (AANAC). Throughout her career she has been involved in all aspects of facility operations, including ownership roles. She is currently the President of RLH Consulting, which provides operational and reimbursement consulting to providers of skilled nursing, assisted living and intellectual or developmental disabilities.
