CAPITAL DATA SURVEYS ARE DUE BY DECEMBER 31ST

The Fair Rental Value (FRV) Medicaid rate component pays providers for their building, land and equipment. Each April 1st, the FRV rates are updated to reflect any bed changes and renovations done at each facility that are submitted on the Capital Data Survey. Renovation costs can be included on the Capital Data Survey if the total amount of the capitalized renovation costs, for the previous October through September reporting period, exceeds $500 per bed.
