Updated List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE)

The updated List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE) database file has been posted on the Office of the Inspector General’s (OIG) website. The file reflects all OIG exclusions and reinstatement actions through November 2023.   

To prevent significant fines, healthcare providers have an “affirmative duty” to check to ensure that excluded individuals are not working in their facilities.
