CMS SKILLED NURSING FACILITIES LONG TERM CARE OPEN DOOR FORUM

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will host their next skilled nursing facilities (SNF)/long term care (LTC) open door forum (ODF) on Thursday, August 6th at 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM ET.

To participate on the call, dial (888) 455-1397 and enter conference passcode 9375124 when prompted.  It is recommended to dial-in at least 15 minutes before call start time. Persons participating by phone do not need to RSVP.
