SAVE THE DATE FOR THE NCHCFA 10TH ANNUAL SUMMER SYMPOSIUM

Save the date for NCHCFA’s 10th Annual Summer Symposium!  The symposium will take place in-person at the Embassy Suites Resort at Kingston Plantation, Myrtle Beach, SC August 4-6, 2021.  Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from experts and share ideas.

Registration and the hotel room block will open in May!  More information to come soon!  Seats will be limited due to COVID capacity limits so remember to register and book a room early to confirm yours.  We look forward to seeing you in August!

NCHCFA 10th Annual Summer Symposium Event Safety Plan

Your safety and well-being are our top priority. We have been working to build on our commitment to deliver a safe, comfortable, and stress-free symposium experience. We are partnering with Embassy Suites at Kingston Plantation and are following their enhanced safety and cleanliness protocols in addition to the safety guidelines outlined by the Centers of Disease Control to ensure you participate with confidence. You can read through the Embassy Suites’ (owned by Hilton) CleanStay Program HERE. Each attendee will be receiving a copy of the hotel’s safety plan with their symposium registration confirmation.

In addition, we are implementing best practices aimed at managing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. NCHCFA has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus; however, NCHCFA, under no circumstances, is able to guarantee that you or a guest will not become infected with the virus while at the 10th Annual Summer Symposium.  Each attendee will be receiving a copy of NCHCFA’s safety plan with their symposium registration confirmation.

Adherence to the NCHCFA event policy and guidelines will be continuously monitored and enforced by the association and hotel and these protocols will be updated continuously as the pandemic evolves and guidelines change.
