MDS Coordinator

Conover's current MDS coordinator of over 20 years is retiring in August! We are looking to add to our family. Conover is the only family-owned skilled facility in Catawba County. The MDS Coordinator is responsible for completing the required assessments for skilled nursing facility residents in our 90-bed facility. We are seeking an RN with experience in completing MDS assessments or an RN who is a quick learner. Priority will be given to applicants with experience in completing MDS assessment and proficiency in the RAI Manual.
