Responsibilities:
– Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics.
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
– Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
– Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures.
– Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
– Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and preventive measures.
– Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.

Experience:
– Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
– Proficient in performing gastric lavage, health coaching, dermal fillers, administering injections, infant care, acute care, patient assessment, nursing home care, catheter care, and ICU procedures.
– Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Qualifications:
– Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
– Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
– Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
