Spotlight on NCHCFA Fall Symposium Educational Sessions

We will be featuring educational sessions from the NCHCFA Annual Fall Symposium on September 8 – 10 at Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC leading up to the event.

The second day of the Fall Symposium begins with LTC Success: How Senior Care Communities Thrive Clinically and Financially with Rae Anne Davis, AHCA’s Chief Strategic Officer and Senior Vice President of Administration, on Tuesday, September 9 at 8:30 a.m.

Co-author of Long Term Care Success, Rae Anne’s in-depth session will explore the essential clinical, financial, and operational strategies that distinguish the top-performing senior care organizations in the country. She will walk participants through the book’s most impactful themes, including building mission-driven cultures, reducing staff turnover, using data to drive outcomes, and navigating complex regulatory environments. Attendees will gain access to proven methods used by organizations that have demonstrated clinical and financial success for decades, even amidst shifting policy landscapes.

Sam Clark, NCHCFA’s Vice President of Finance, returns with the NCHCFA Reimbursement and Managed Care Updates session at 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday.

Sam will provide updates and other important information on the upcoming Medicaid PDPM case-mix system, Medicaid rate indexing, Fair Rental Value, Medicare rates, and other important topics. Be ready for Sam’s signature humor sprinkled in as well!
