Rule Update Announcement 

During its October meeting, the Rules Review Commission approved the proposed amendment to Rule 10A NCAC 26E .0406, which addresses the disposal of unused controlled substances in nursing homes. 

The amended rule became effective on November 1 and is now available on the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) website.
