REMINDER! Tailored Plan Training for Nursing Facilities on Friday

NCHCFA has coordinated with the state to offer a free Tailored Plan Training for Nursing Facilities webinar on Friday, October 25 at 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.   

Tailored managed care plans are “tailored” for people who have more complex health needs and who need long-term rehabilitation and care, either in a treatment facility or at home. Since the tailored plans went live on July 1, 2024, nursing facility staff have had many questions pertaining to these plans.  Click here for additional information on the tailored plans.
