North Carolina ACR NF Survey

Myers and Stauffer recently sent out a survey from their Help Desk.  The survey was sent to the users associated with the North Carolina Case Mix Portal.

Medicaid is requesting that nursing facilities complete this survey and submit it no later than February 28, 2025. Please note that completion of the Myers and Stauffer survey is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged by Medicaid.
