New Fall Prevention Webinar Series Begins June 17 

Join us and speakers from Proactive LTC Consulting for a six-week Fall Prevention Program Reboot webinar series. The series begins on June 17 and all sessions are from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.  

This series will provide the LTC/AL team with detailed fall management program components to effectively reduce fall risk, occurrences, and possible fall-related injuries. Topics will include QAPI systems to drive improved safety, keys to better fall risk assessments, insights into effective Root Cause Analysis, intervention selection that target individual resident risk factors, developing comprehensive fall management care plans, and elevating staff engagement in fall prevention efforts.
