NCHCFA District Meetings Are Back! District 3: Join Us April 28 at Trinity Elms
We are excited to announce the return of NCHCFA District Meetings in 2026. We are starting in District 3** on April 28 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Trinity Elms in Clemmons.
Registration will be limited to 30 participants from District 3** (Counties: Alamance, Caswell, Chatham, Davidson, Durham, Forsyth, Guilford, Orange, Person, Randolph, Rockingham, and Stokes) to allow for meaningful discussion and engagement. These meetings are a great opportunity to connect with peers, share ideas, and learn practical strategies to strengthen your workforce and build meaningful partnerships in your local community.
As workforce challenges continue to impact our field, these sessions are designed to provide real solutions and actionable connections you can take back to your facility. The focus of these meetings is to encourage member facilities to actively partner with organizations working to strengthen the workforce pipeline. You will hear directly from groups such as NCWorks, NC HOSA, the Health Talent Alliance, community colleges, and organizations supporting pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs. These partners will share how you can connect locally to build stronger recruitment pipelines and create long-term workforce solutions.
Click here to register and confirm your district (e.g., county where your facility or corporate office is located).
**If you are not in District 3, please continue to read Update Weekly as we finalize dates and locations for additional meetings across the state. Our goal is to host at least two meetings per district each year so all members can participate.
