NCAPA Encourages Administrators to Celebrate National Activity Professionals Week Beginning January 26

National Activity Professionals (NAP) Week is fast approaching on January 26–30. The NC Activity Professionals Association (NCAPA) encourages Administrators to recognize and celebrate the dedicated Activity Professionals and Life Enrichment staff who work tirelessly to enhance quality of life for individuals served in long-term care communities. These team members are often the heart and soul of their communities. 

The 2026 theme for NAP Week is “Beyond the Ordinary.” Activity Professionals and Life Enrichment staff go beyond the ordinary every day—bringing joy, purpose, connection, and meaningful experiences to those they serve. Their creativity turns moments into memories, their compassion turns activities into relationships, and their passion makes each day brighter.
