LTC Data Cooperative Participation Is Growing

The LTC Data Cooperative is thrilled to share that participation continues to grow. As of January 2026:

  • 222 long term care organizations are actively contributing
  • Over 3,800 skilled nursing facilities and 1,100 assisted living communities are represented
  • 48 states and Washington, DC are now included
  • We’ve collected data from more than 4 million residents since 2019

This growth means richer insights, stronger benchmarks, and more powerful research. Know a peer who isn’t yet participating? Invite them to learn more at ltcdatacooperative.org or email us at LTCDataCooperative@ahca.org.

The LTC Data Cooperative gives long-term care providers insights from their own electronic health records (EHR) data and offers the opportunity to participate in research that matters. Through secure data sharing, participating nursing homes and assisted living communities contribute to a national data resource used to generate insights, identify care trends, and support research.
